Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 6 hectares of arable farmland at Uplyme, Devon. The survey has identified two probable former field boundaries as the only probable archaeology on the site. Several possible archaeological features have been identified, however these could also be of natural or agricultural origin. The remaining features are all modern in origin, including agricultural activity, buried services, magnetic disturbance, natural variation and scattered debris. |
