Abstract:		 This report presents the results of an archaeological magnetometer survey. The magnetic responses across the survey area were sufficient to be able to differentiate between anomalies representing possible archaeological features and background magnetic responses. Ten magnetic anomaly groups were mapped as representing potential archaeological deposits or features. One of these groups represents a former field boundary recorded on historic maps. The groups characteristics also point to the presence of a recent service pipe, cable or drain along the line of the former field boundary. Four anomaly groups may represent former cultivation traces from ridge-and-furrow ploughing although natural origins for these groups cannot be ruled out. The remaining anomaly groups have characteristics typical of fragmented deposits such as ditches from former field or enclosure boundaries.
