Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 1.6 hectares of grassland. No features of archaeological origin have been identified, supporting information from the written scheme of investigation. Evidence of ridge and furrow indicate that the site has a largely agricultural past. The remaining features are modern and include an area of scattered magnetic debris, disturbance from nearby ferrous objects, and magnetic spikes which are likely to be modern rubbish. |
