Introduction

Building Survey of Oakwood Hall, Wylam: Interior shot of the cellar
Building Survey of Oakwood Hall, Wylam: Interior shot of the cellar

This collection comprises a building survey report and site photographs from a building recording survey carried out between November 2020 and January 2021 in support of a LBC application.

The cellar underlies the western end of the early nineteenth century south range and is presumably contemporary with this addition to the late eighteenth century farmhouse. A western addition to the cellar was made in the 1880s.
