This collection comprises images from Historic Building Recording of the former Duchess School, Alnwick, Northumberland. The recording was undertaken by Archaeological Services Durham University between January and February 2019.

This work involved the assessment of a plot of land and four listed houses near Alnwick Castle, including photographic recording of 18th-century and later structures

The site is irregular in plan, and covers an area of approximately 1.8 hectares. To the east is the Peth with Alnwick Castle beyond, to the north is Walkergate, to the west are properties off Walkergate, and Bailiffgate is to the south.
