This collection comprises images from a level 2 Building Recording at 123 High Street, Yarm undertaken by ELG Planning in April 2022. Work was undertaken comply with Condition 10 of planning decision notice 21/0650/FUL.

123 High Street is typical of the development of 18th century urban vernacular housing. The building is of brick construction in English Garden Wall Bond and unpainted or rendered. It is three-storey in height and of three bays wide.
