This collection comprises images from an archaeological evaluation carried out by Colchester Archaeological Trust at 1a Boadicea Way, Colchester, Essex in March 2022.

The archaeological evaluation consisted of one single L-shaped trial-trench, and was conducted in advance of the construction of a new dwelling in the site. Said evaluation uncovered a post-medieval field boundary ditch visible on the 1st edition OS map of 1875 and the remains of a modern fence post.
