Digital Object Identifiers

Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) are persistent identifiers which can be used to consistently and accurately reference digital objects and/or content. The DOIs provide a way for the ADS resources to be cited in a similar fashion to traditional scholarly materials. More information on DOIs at the ADS can be found on our help page.

Introduction

Former Co-Operative Store/Beechville Foods Factory, Beechville, Edmondsley: Building Recording (OASIS ID: aagarcha1-276465)

AAG Archaeology were commissioned to undertake a Level 2 standing building recording (SBR) on the former Co-Operative Store/Beechville Foods factory on Beechville, Edmondsley, County Durham. The building was largely unremarkable, the facade was original but there was some question over whether the rest had been rebuilt. The ephemera, fixtures and fittings were all from the Beechville Foods phase (1972-1996).
