Description	Orientation and Shape, East West alignment - rectangular with added lean to veranda on north and store room on south long sides. North elevation with 7 large and 2 narrow windows, two double doors and one single door. Smaller windows have opening mechanisms. Door signs on two doors number 27. South elevation has 10 windows, some fitted with rudimentary and optional double glazing. Skylight in roof above toilet/bathroom. Five chimney/stove pipes visible. Door leads into lean to addition for extra storage for coal and logs and wash facilities. Interior divided into 5 rooms and kitchen/bathroom facilities. Long passageway connecting all. Wooden construction with asbestos lined walls. Electricity and light fittings visible. Four stove sites located in the main rooms. Function and phasing, Believed to be officer accommodation WW1, Clerk of Works offices in WW2, subsequently housing for a family but now used as farm storage. '
