Summary | |||||
Description | Full size Greek Key practice trench 100m long and second trench approx 50m long with communication trenches. Althoughin the middle of a forestry plantation these appear to be the most complete trenches on Cannock Chase. These were located following the publication of the recent Lidar survey. The trenches are associated with the Great War camps on Cannock Chase and probably relate to the post 1915 period when the camp was used for training.' | ||||
