DescriptionOld water mill building, now converted and used as residential accommodation. The building is a listed building; its usage as a POW camp has not previously been identified. The mill and associated out buildings operated as a camp fro German prisoners who were employed in agricultural labour in the vicinity. The camp held circa 50 prisoners, and the camp commandant was A.E.S. Charlwood
