Overview

A High Status Medieval Building Complex at Longforth Farm, Wellington, Somerset

The Longforth Farm digital archive consists of scanned site paper and selected graphical records, site survey data and related AutoCAD drawing as well as selected digital site photographs, the context database and post-excavation analysis spreadsheets. The digital photographs have been organised in galleries reflecting the areas excavated.

The documentary and physical archive of the project is stored with the with the Somerset County Council at the Somerset Heritage Centre in Taunton under accession number TTNCM 90/2012. This consists of 11 documentary boxes, 1 A1 roll and 20 finds boxes.

The site has also been published in the Proceedings of the Somerset Archaeological and Natural History Society and as a Wessex Archaeology Occasional Paper available for purchase separately.
