Abstract | This document is a Written Scheme of Investigation (WSI) for Hornsea Project One. The project was granted a Development Consent Order (DCO) on 10th December 2014. This WSI sets out a programme of archaeological trial trenching and reporting to discharge part of the archaeological condition placed upon the consented development. This WSI has been designed in consultation with the Heritage Steering Group (HSG) in order to characterise the nature, date and extent of geophysical anomalies of potential archaeological origin along the Hornsea Project One onshore electrical cable route and at the substation site, North Killingholme, North Lincolnshire. |
