Abstract Seven thousand and thirty-one sherds (164.201 kg, 110.67 RE) were presented for study. The majority were of Iron Age and Roman date, with smaller quantities of earlier prehistoric and post-Roman pottery considered in detail elsewhere in this volume by the relevant specialists, and a few fragments possibly of fired clay. This pottery is an addition to the much smaller assemblage from the previous phase of evaluations (Rowlandson 2012a and 2015).
