Composition: | Firm, brownish yellow mixed clay with some sand Inclusions: 15-35% stones of all shapes (6-20mm) (2-6cm); Gravel; 15-20% charcoal and bone 2m x 2m; thickness - up to 0.1m Truncated on NE and SE sides by Victorian trenches Clear edge definition but some elements are diffuse |
