Describes the findings of a 2010 excavation near Trumpington, Cambridgeshire, by the Cambridge Archaeological Unit. A ditch dug in about 800BC marked the edge of a plateau settlement. On the other side of the ditch was found evidence of funerary monuments dating from the Neolithic to the Iron Age. LD
