Abstract:		 Draws up and examines datasets from data collected via the Portable Antiquities Scheme and the Early Medieval Corpus (and some from archaeological excavations) to establish and analyse patterns of recovery and historic settlement on a national scale. Site-based analyses are presented for 69 individual sites across the country. Interactive maps are available. The original datasets are included within the article, and secondary datasets developed for the project are available at http://intarch.ac.uk/journal/issue25/richards_index.html. PP-B
