The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Five hitherto lost illustrations, claimed to be from a group of twelve whose location was until recently unknown, were rediscovered by the authors in 1998. A further two drawings from the group have since been identified. This article considers their relationship to other known sources for the monuments concerned (which include Walton Castle, the Roman Fort and Walton Church) and to explore their origin and importance as evidence for the early history of Felixstowe. Includes a discussion of the early history of Walton Castle.
