Abstract:
Considers AS routeways in the Yatesbury and Avebury area of north Wiltshire, using evidence acquired by the Compton Bassett Area Research Project. Suggests that the morphology of the henge monument was modified by tenth-century road developments and that this has affected the apparent number of entrances.
