SH 968757. Lists other Roman military items from the fort and examines two iron arrowheads in the light of parallels manufactured during the Empire and earlier. The type was of Eastern origin and was in fashion from the Claudian to the Antonine period. These examples might have been used, perhaps by units other than sagittarii, in an attack on the fort in the Claudian period, especially since there is some (not unequivocal), evidence of deliberate slighting of the fort's defences.
