Of eleven enclosures thought to be part of a deserted medieval settlement only three proved to be house-sites, probably of 11th-13th centuries. The rest were either uninhabited med enclosures or associated with an 18th century mill. Extensive pottery series, pre-Saxon to postmed. | ||||||||||
