Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report |
The complex features on the summit of Turin Hill, Aberlemno, are interpreted as a bivallate hillfort with outworks, an oblong fort, three circular homesteads, possible house stances and extensive millstone quarries. Their likely dates and functions are assessed with reference to excavated sites in Angus. The extent of reuse suggests particular importance for Turin Hill. | ||||
