During archaeological monitoring of golf course construction at Cambo, Kingsbarns, Fife, an eighteenth-century masonry bridge buried during nineteenth-century agricultural improvements, an Iron Age short-cist burial and a few prehistoric features -- including a pit containing a grain of bread wheat radiocarbon dated to the Bronze Age -- were found.
