Abstract:		 An account of excavations that revealed: enclosure ditches and storage pits of the Middle Iron Age; a Romano-British ditch and inhumation cemetery, possibly associated with a villa; and two ditches of the twelfth century AD. There are finds reports on: copper alloy objects; `The pottery' by Annette Hancocks (104--9 & 112--15); a spindle whorl; `Quernstones' by Fionna Roe (109--10); `Human skeletal remains' by Rebecca Wiggins & Charlotte Roberts (110--12).
