Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report |
Air survey, supplemented by field examination and cartographic and documentary research, has recovered traces of medieval, Romano-British and perhaps prehistoric field systems in the Vale of Glamorgan. At least three groups of earthworks have been identified as being of likely Romano-British date and a further eight could possibly be of this period. A gazetteer and numerous illustrations describe these sites in detail. | |||||||||
