Abstract:
Article on two megalithic stones, one bearing cupmarks, situated in a graveyard in Bobsville townland, County Meath. It is suggested that the cupmarked stone originally functioned as a structural stone in a passage tomb, and the rock art is discussed in comparison with that of the Mass Rock in Ballinvally townland, some three miles to the nothwest of Bobsville, and in relation to the Neolithic and Early Bronze Age landscape of the Slieve na Callaigh area.
