Report on the excavation of a site at Waterunder, to the northwest of Drogheta, in 2004--5. Evidence of occupation in the form of various structures, pits, enclosures and occupation debris dating from the Early Neolithic through to the Late Iron Age was found, along with an inhumation burial dating to 2490--2200 cal BC, and a series of bowl furnaces and cereal drying kilns dating to the Iron Age.
