A rectangular mortuary enclosure with façade (a square barrow) was associated with a group of thirty-seven Grimston ware vessels and some wares related to Mildenhall type, with some Beaker. A Bronze Age pit complex and six ring ditches, some originally with mounds, also appear funerary. The site, in a woodland clearing, is discussed in its Nene Valley context, with reports on the environmental evidence, inhumations and cremations, and animal bones. | ||
