Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken at the coach depot, adjacent to the medieval moated West Bromwich Manor house. No evidence of the moated manor house or medieval settlement was revealed. The remains of an 18th century pit and undated post holes and pits were recorded. Other late 19th century and 20th century features including possible gullies and ditches were revealed. [Au(adp)] |
