Abstract: |
An assessment was carried out in advance of the construction of a new office block. Prehistoric activity from all periods was attested. Roman and medieval cemeteries appeared concentrated to the south and west of Suffolk House. Significant rural medieval remains were expected. However post-medieval and modern development was thought to have impacted on many archaeological features. [Au(abr)] |
