Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the excavation of a garden pond which lay over the southern course of the moat which belonged to Hall Garth Moated Site (Scheduled National Monument No: 21176). The results of the monitoring suggested that the excavation of the pond disturbed only the uppermost fill of the moat and had little significant effect on the scheduled monument. [AIP] |
