Abstract: |
A desk-based assessment was undertaken prior to the determination of a planning application for a new poultry unit. The study of the available sources had shown that the area of the proposed development lay between findspots of Roman material and to the east of the Norman Church at Upleadon. The area appeared to have been under arable cultivation since the early 19th century. [Au(adp)] |
