Abstract: |
Evidence derived from the research did not suggest any previously unknown sites but served to clarify and update existing information. The only threatened site with significant archaeological potential was determined to be Over Causeway, where medieval and Roman roads were possibly partially preserved. Further archaeological investigation ahead of works was recommended in this area, and a watching brief was suggested along the line of the road building. [AIP] |
