Abstract:		 An archaeological desk-based assessment was conducted in advance of a proposed residential development. The area was occupied during the medieval and post-medieval periods, when it was probable that a series of tenement plots were present. Due to of a lack of later development on the site, there could have been the potential for archaeological deposits relating to this period and a series of trial trenches were recommended. [Au(adp)]
