Abstract: |
During the topsoil strip and the subsequent excavation of foundation trenching, a moderate quantity of ceramic building materials, pottery and clay pipe fragments of 19th century date were encountered in association with brick walls, drains and other features identified on the site. This programme of archaeological observation confirmed that no archaeology was damaged or disturbed during the works without being recorded. [Au(abr)] |
