Abstract: |
The proposed development site had no evidence for archaeological remains of prehistoric or Romano-British date on the site. There was also no evidence for settlement of medieval date within the site. The regular shape of the field boundaries that formed the site were consistent with late enclosure of likely 18th or 19th century date. There were no features on the site of an historic landscape significance in either local or regional terms. [Au(abr)] |
