Abstract: |
A watching brief observed only two features in the excavated trenches. These were two brick walls and possibly represented the remains of an earlier building situated approximately 2.5m south of the St Mary's Street frontage. Nineteenth century pottery was seen. From the observations made during the watching brief it appeared that minimal damage had been caused by the groundworks. [Au(adp)] |
