Abstract:
The evaluation revealed an east-west aligned ditch of late Saxon date and a further possible ditch feature of comparable date. These features were overlain by former soil layers of unknown date that were cut by modern fence post holes. A few residual worked flints hint at prehistoric activity in the vicinity. [Au(abr)]
