Abstract: |
The historical and cartographic evidence indicated that the majority of the site had remained undeveloped for at least 230 years. The western edge of the site was the focus for 19th-20th century development. There was a small amount of medieval activity in the surrounding environ, including the church of St. Helen's. A moderate amount of post-medieval archaeology was noted. [Au(abr)] |
