Abstract: |
Two evaluation trenches were excavated within a walled garden area prior to the proposed construction of two new houses. Two ditches, both of which terminated within the excavated area, were investigated in one trench. Pottery, mostly of medieval date, and fragments of animal bone were found in the ditches. No archaeological features or deposits were present in the other trench. [Au(adp)] |
