Abstract: |
An evaluation within the grounds of the Thomas Hardye School revealed a small number of archaeological features, including postholes, ditches, hearths, cut directly into natural chalk, with some truncation by deep modern disturbances. Although not directly dated, the similarity with other features identified nearby in earlier excavations suggesteda mid- late Bronze Age date. [Auth abridged] |
