The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The excavation revealed a series of linear features and sparse pits, which yielded finds from the prehistoric, 15th to 17th century and the 17th-18th century. However, the pottery assemblage was very small and abraded and there was a chance all of the features were post-medieval to early modern in date. One re-cut linear feature was thought to be a boundary shown on the 19th century maps. The pit may have been associated with quarrying. [Au(abr)]
