Three trenches exposed one undated boundary ditch and showed that on some parts of the site, natural deposits lay immediately below the topsoil while in other areas the post-medieval soil build up is thicker than the proposed new building foundations and therefore earlier deposits would not be affected.[Au(adp)] |
