Abstract: |
Stone and brick foundations were recorded within the footprint of the garage which confirmed to the layout of buildings recorded in this area on the First Edition Ordnance Survey Map (c.1880). The foundations were cut through a post-medieval deposit of topsoil. No earlier archaeological features or deposits or natural deposits were recorded during the watching brief.[Au] |
