Abstract: |
The only part of the canal basin revealed during the watching brief was the southern part of Trafalgar Wharf. No other structural elements of the canal basin were observed and the nature of the floor of the basin was not known. No traces of the east wall of the basin were found, suggesting that it may have been demolished previously. [Au(adp)] |
