Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of an arts centre at the School of Oriental and African Studies. Two small trenches were excavated, but only later Victorian and modern finds and features were revealed. It was recommended that a low-key watching brief be arranged during groundworks, as the original brickearth and gravel landscape revealed had a good archaeological potential.[AIP] |
