Abstract: |
A trial trench was excavated in a disused brickearth quarry to evaluate the possible survival of deposits containing Clactonian material. None were found and it was thought that deposits of that period were absent over the southern 25m of the site, although it was thought probable that they survived further north.[AIP] |
