Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken during groundworks associated with residential development. No archaeological features or concentrations of artefacts were revealed. An insignificant number of isolated finds, ranging from worked flints to medieval and modern pottery were recovered from the topsoil. Following the watching brief a field evaluation was undertaken within the area of phase 2 residential development. Nothing of archaeological significance was recorded. [AIP] |
