Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken on the site of the proposed Said Business School during the excavation of 7 test pits, two shallow test pits and 3 boreholes. Natural gravel was seen in all of the excavations. None of the deposits seen produced any finds, with the exception of TP6 which produced assorted Victoriana from its primary deposit. None of the excavations impacted upon the buried remains of Rewley Abbey. [AIP] |
