A watching brief, during construction works for the new Cherington Course at Minchinhampton Golf Club, revealed a group of three circular soilmarks interpreted as pits and a possible ditch. Finds recovered during the watching brief included prehistoric worked flint and Romano-British and post-medieval pottery sherds. [AIP] |
